*Cancellation Policy

🌿 Cancellation Policy for India Yoga Pilgrimage (Nov 4–18, 2025)

We understand that life happens. Please review the cancellation policy carefully before booking:

🔹 Deposits Are Non-Refundable

All initial deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They secure your spot and help us confirm bookings in India.

🔹 Cancellations Made by:

• Before July 6, 2025: 50% of the total amount (minus the deposit) is refundable.

• Between July 6 – September 7, 2025: 25% of the total amount (minus the deposit) is refundable.

• After September 7, 2025: No refunds are available due to advance payments to our hosts and vendors.

🔹 Transferring Your Spot

You may transfer your spot to another person before October 1, 2025, with written approval and coordination.

🔹 Trip Cancellation by Organizer

In the rare case of retreat cancellation by the organizer (e.g., unforeseen emergencies or minimum attendance not met), you’ll receive a full refund including your deposit.

🔹 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

• Trip cancellation

• Medical emergencies

• Travel delays

• Lost baggage

This protects your investment and peace of mind.
