Evening Glow; Yoga & Sound
Join us for a nourishing evening on the water as the day comes to a close. We’ll gather at a private residence at Blue Lake to move, breathe, and connect in the beauty of nature. The evening begins with 60 minutes of yoga guided by Shaunna, designed to gently open the body, release tension, and invite ease as the sun begins to set. Surrounded by fresh air and the calming sounds of the lake, this practice will help you ground into the present moment and reconnect with yourself.
Following yoga, Katrina will guide a 30-minute sound bath to deepen your relaxation. Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments wash over you as the sky shifts into twilight. Together, the movement and sound create a restorative, heart-opening experience — a perfect way to transition from day into evening, held by community and nature.
