Join us for a nourishing three-hour retreat designed to help you close the year with intention and welcome the light of the new season. Together as a community, we’ll gather in circle to lift one another to our highest potential.
What to Expect:
Community Sharing Circle – Reflect on your year: challenges, successes, and visions for what’s next.
Manifestation Ritual – Write down what you’re releasing and what you’re calling in for the year ahead.
Movement Practice – Align your body with your highest good through mindful movement.
Vibrational Sound Healing – Integrate your intentions on a cellular level, shifting from the hormones of stress to the hormones of bliss.
The Winter Solstice marks the return of light after the darkest day of the year — a sacred time to honor the darkness we’ve experienced and celebrate the light to come.
After the retreat, stay for a potluck!
Bring a yoga mat, journal, pen, cup for tea, and a healthy snack or dish to share. You may also bring something for the altar if you feel called. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
