21-day Sadhana Part 1
This 21-day Sadhana consists of a few breath practices and Kriyas. This series is meant to do every morning for 21 days. Pay attention to your journey through this practice and how you feel before and after.
All you need for this practice is a chair or meditation cushion. This will give you a taste of what a 21-day Sadhana can be like. Practice this to gear up towards a longer Sadhanas. These 21-day practices are required to go into 40-day practices.
