10 minute inner peace meditation

In this video we will do a short meditation practice to shift our inner state to peace. We will practice Ujjayi Breath & So Hum Meditation.

It only takes a few minutes of pattern interrupt to gain deeper insight into how we want to feel and how we want to show up in our lives daily. Let this meditation be a regular visit for your wellbeing.

No equipment needed, just a chair or mediation cushion.
